Contact us as soon as you receive updated information. Cancellation refunds are 97% with at least seven days' notice, 50% between 24 hours and seven days, and none within 24 hours. Do not assume a ship-related change automatically overrides those terms.
Can we book after reaching port?
Check availability first. Trips requested less than three hours before pickup need office approval and a card hold, not a short-notice surcharge. Prebooking gives you more opportunity to assess the full return plan before your shore visit.
